Gables Queen Anne is a thoughtfully designed mixed-use community rooted in the character of Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood. Prioritizing walkability and connection, the project enhances all four surrounding streets with improved landscaping, pedestrian-friendly design, and active storefronts.

At the corner of Queen Anne Avenue N and Crockett Street, a vibrant public plaza creates a welcoming space for gathering, featuring outdoor seating, public art, and lush greenery alongside the neighborhood’s farmer’s market.

The development brings 325 new homes above a 45,000-square-foot Safeway, delivering much-needed housing in a highly walkable, transit-rich area. Street-level retail—including a deli, florist, and café—adds variety and reflects the neighborhood’s established retail character.

Above, three residential buildings are arranged around a private courtyard, offering a quiet, refined counterpoint to the active street. Together with rich materials, murals, and abundant landscaping, Gables Queen Anne creates a dynamic and lasting addition to the community.
